Try Alli Works for free

Before adopting Alli Works, you can try it for free for a certain period.

1. Sign up

Create an Alli account by selecting [Sign up] as shown in the screen below.

You can create an account by entering your personal information.

However, personal email accounts cannot be used to sign up; only work email addresses can register.

Email verification

A verification email will be sent to the entered email address. Once you complete email verification, your Alli account creation is finished!

Please note the verification link is valid for only 2 days.

2. Project setup

After verification, log in to access Alli. You can complete project creation with a few simple settings.

Project language setting

Set the language to be used in the project and the team size as shown above to create the project.

The project language is the language you will converse with Alli in. Alli trains based on the set language to provide the smartest answers.

Setting the team size helps us provide the right information and guidance for later adoption, so please set it.

Invite team members and set permissions from the dashboard

Even on the free plan, you can invite members and configure permissions the same way to try it out with your team size; for details, this guideplease check.

Manage document folders

You can manage document folders so you can experience complex document-based conversations in Alli. For details, this guideplease check.

3. Using Alli Works

Even on the free plan, you can try most of the features offered in the paid plan.

For example, you can browse various apps, use necessary apps, and engage in document-based conversations, so the contents of this guideplease review carefully.

Using Deep Research

Deep Research allows you to specify the scope to search within documents from various sources and generate a report.

You can use it 3 times on the free plan, and you can check the number of allotted and used attempts on the home screen. For details, check this documentplease.

4. Free plan policy information

In Alli Works, click your profile > Account settings > Subscription info to view what the free plan provides and your usage history.

Free usage policy

The free plan provides the following.

• Duration: Available for 2 weeks from project creation date. (example: January 1, 2025 ~ January 15, 2025)

• Available credits: 3,000 free credits provided

  • Credits are per project, not per user. They are calculated as the total sum of credits used by all members.

• Team members allowed: Up to 20 people

  • Up to 20 people including yourself can use it together, and you can invite teammates who don’t have accounts via their work email. If a teammate already has an account, they can join by confirming the invitation email.

• Deep Research free usage count: 3 times per account.

  • You can also check the free usage count on the Alli Works home screen; once exhausted, additional use is not possible.

• Note: Free plan access will be suspended when the period expires or credits are fully used.

5. Q&A

Q. The free period ended and I want to continue using it. Will the records from the free usage be lost?

A : If you move to a paid plan through a contract, you can continue to use the project data exactly as it was.

Q. I cannot sign up with the entered account.

A : Only work accounts can sign up. Please check your email account.

Q. We want to adopt it—under what conditions can we implement it?
