Integrated authentication (ID/PW based)
To set up invitation-based IP/PW authentication, you must configure members and permissions in the dashboard and then proceed with invitations.
1. Group settings

In the dashboard > Settings > Members tab, select a group.
Built-in groups: Admin: Has absolute authority; can be edited but cannot be deleted. Agent / Super Agent: Group name and permissions can be edited, and they can be deleted.
2. Create a new group and adjust permissions

Click the Create Group button.
Enter the group name.
Select members. (If you have not invited any members yet, leave blank)
Set the permissions.
3. Adjust permissions
Default settings: All members are granted read and write permissions for the Works page; dashboard permissions are not granted.
Dashboard access permissions: - By default, only the Admin group is set to have access. - If other groups also need dashboard access, turn the dashboard option ON and then configure the detailed settings.
After completing the settings, click the Confirm button.
4. Invite new members

In the dashboard > Settings > Members tab, select "All Members".
Click the "Add Member" button.

Enter the email(s) of the member(s) to invite. (Multiple entries allowed)
Select the group to add the member to, then click the "Invite" button.
When the invitation is complete, an invitation email is sent and the user is taken to a signup page where they can set an ID and password. (This step is skipped if they already have an existing account.)
Once the account is created, proceed to the login page via email verification.
