Confluence integration
You can import documents from Confluence pages into Alli's knowledge base and use them for search and other purposes. Let's see how to do it.
Add Alli to Confluence
Open the Confluence page and click Apps > Manage apps. If you don't see the Manage apps menu, request admin privileges from your Confluence admin. Note that all the steps below must be performed in Confluence, not JIRA. CautionPlease do so.

Click the shortcut button.

Click the Install private app button.

Select Confluence and enter the URL https://backend.alli.ai/confluence/atlassian-connect.jsoninto the field.

A new app has been added. Click the View details button to check the configurate values.

Copy the displayed value.

Link Confluence with Alli
Select Knowledge Base > External Data from the menu tab. Click the Confluence entry to expand it, then click the 'Edit' button at the bottom.

When you paste the Client token into the Token field, the URL field below will display the URL of the Confluence you want to link.
You can also select the space(s) from which to import documents in the space dropdown. Multiple spaces can be selected, and the default is all spaces.
Use the add or delete buttons to add another organization or remove a registered organization.
After completing all edits, be sure to click the Save now button to save the changes.

Now click the 'Run now' button to start indexing immediately. If you enable 'Auto indexing', indexing will run automatically every day at midnight project time. The indexing history is recorded on the right.
