Register multiple questions in Q&A

Let's learn how to register multiple questions in Q&A to further improve AI accuracy.

Register in the Q&A tab

Go to the Q&A tab in the knowledge base menu. You can enter the Q&A edit screen below via the 'Add Q&A' button or the edit button of an existing Q&A. Press the 'Add' button here.

Additional questions can be registered up to 50in number. After registration is complete, press the 'Register' button to save.

You can also register multiple questions via upload. Create a 'Similar Questions' column for registration, and when registering multiple entries, separate them with line breaks.
