# Alliで発生するアプリのエラーや画面が真っ白になる問題の対処法
## アプリを利用するとエラーが発生したり、一部のメンバーでAlliの管理画面が突然真っ白になったり、エラーが発生してしまいます。
画面が真っ白になってしまったり、エラーが発生する原因として、以下の可能性が考えられます。
・EdgeやChromeのブラウザの拡張機能で「翻訳」機能がONになっている。 \
→特にEdge環境ではAlliのサイトにアクセスをすると、ブラウザ側で「翻訳をONにしますか？」 といったメッセージが表示されるため、意識せずにONにしているしている場合がございます。 \
対象の方のブラウザ環境をご確認ください。\
こちらをONにしますとエラーが発生したり、画面が真っ白になったりとシステムに影響が出るため、 OFFにしていただくようお願いいたします。
