# 下請法チェッカー

下請法チェッカーアプリでは、下請法に則って、委託先との間で下請法がが適用されるかどうかをチェックします。

入力例の内容で生成を実施すると下記のような結果が生成されます。

生成された文章は、その場で編集やコピー、ファイルとしてダウンロード(txt・PDF・docx)が可能です。

取引内容がプログラムの作成業務の委託であるため、このケースでは最初のルールセットが適用されます。自社の資本金は6000万円であり、これは1000万1円以上3億円未満の範囲に該当します。しかし、このルールによると、取引先の資本金が1000万円以下であれば下請法が適用されるとされていますが、取引先の資本金は5000万円であり、この条件を満たしていません。

したがって、このケースでは下請法は適用されません。
