# Slack連携

Alliは、Slack経由でもご利用いただくことが可能です。「Slackとの連携方法」および「Slack上での使い方」について以下に説明させて頂きます。

## ＜Slackとの連携方法＞ <a href="#integrate-slack" id="integrate-slack"></a>

1. Alliスキルがない場合、**作成（編集）してオンにします**[**。**](https://blog.allganize.ai/alli-onboarding/)
2. Slackアカウントにサインアップして、Slackチームを作成します。 手順については、[Slackの使用を参照してください](https://get.slack.help/hc/en-us/articles/212675257-Creating-a-Slack-account)。
3. Slackとの連携の設定は、**\[プロジェクト設定]**>**\[外部サービス連携]**>**\[Slack]**&#x30BF;ブに移動します。 または、[ここをクリック](https://app.alli.ai/settings/integrations/slack)してください。
4. **\[連携]**&#x3092;クリックして、ポップアップするモーダルで次の操作を行います。 この統合を設定するには、AlliとSlackの両方の**管理者**である必要があります。
5. \[連携]をクリックした後、プロンプトが表示されたらSlackワークスペースに サインインします。
6. Alliに接続してワークスペースに投稿することを許可します。

選択するSlackチャンネルは公開されている必要があります。 Slackが権限の 受け入れを完了すると、緑色の確認メッセージが表示されます。

なお、オープンなお問い合わせでない、パーソナルなお問い合わせにつきましては、Alliアプリ上でお問い合わせをいただくことが可能です。アプリ上でのお問い合わせは、ご本人のみが確認可能となっております。

Alliにお問い合わせをしたいSlackのチャンネル上で、「@Alli」とメンションいただくことで、該当のチャンネルにおいてAlliへのお問い合わせができるようになります。同お問い合わせは、チャンネル参加者にはオープンに参照いただける形態となっております。
