About Alli Works
1. Works main screen
Alli Works is a platform that links internal company documents and data so users can easily search for information and converse. Below is a brief step-by-step explanation of the product's main features.

1-1. Left management features
On the left side of the screen there are various functions for managing projects, conversation lists, and my information.
View project list
You can check the name of the project currently in use, π½ and by pressing the button you can view the list of projects you are participating in.
+ New conversation
Pressing the [+ New conversation] button at the top left of the side panel lets you start a new conversation at any time.
Conversation history
The conversation list allows users to view previous conversations. With this feature, users can revisit questions they asked before or continue asking from previous threads. Conversation titles are automatically summarized based on the first answer so you can quickly recognize conversations in the list, and you can delete any conversations you want to remove from the record.
Manage Alli Works
The Alli dashboard includes various features for managing Alli Works. Users with dashboard access in Works can move directly to the dashboard.
Others
You can find helpful resources for using Alli Works through update news and viewing the user guide.
Clicking the profile name lets you set up your account, change your name and password, or check your current subscription plan.
2. Home screen layout

First screen greeting text
You can display a custom greeting or message for each project. This feature can be configured in the dashboard Alli Works settings.

View apps
Under the input field you can view app categories and the apps belonging to each category.
There are various categories including Recommendations / Favorites, and Favorites only shows apps the user has added to favorites. Click 'View all apps' below to see the full app list.
3. Document repository
In Alli you can increase work productivity and accessibility by using a 'shared document repository' for department-wide sharing and a 'personal document repository' that can be used safely without information security concerns.
Shared document repository

On the left, Document repository's Shared document repository tab lets you view documents shared with members. Documents visible in the shared repository are those uploaded in advance by an administrator. The > indicator in the document listlets you view the folder hierarchy of registered documents.
Personal document repository

Personal document repositoryallows you to manage frequently used or personally needed documents so you can easily find information or converse efficiently at any time.
At the top right Upload you can upload personal documents, and supported document types include .txt, .docx, .csv, .xls, .xlsx, .xlsm, .pdf, .ppt, .pptx, .docand others.
On the left you can view the folder structureand by pressing the Folder button at the top right, a folder is created and you can select a specific folder to upload files into.
At the very bottom you can view at a glance the total capacity and used capacity informationfor the personal document repository.
Set search scope
When attaching files in Alli Works, you can browse the shared and personal document repositories and select required documents for searching and conversing.

Set search scope By pressing the icon, you can freely select documents you want to reference from the personal and shared repositories. Referenced documents are displayed under the search box.
Select entire folderto easily reference multiple documents at once.
File upload button lets you upload files to your personal repository and have them reflected in Alli's answers immediately.

When specifying the search scope in the personal repository, you can also view the folder structureand check capacity information and upload documentsoperate based only on pattern matching without understanding context.

When uploading documents you can view folders and specify a particular folder to upload into.
4. Works conversation screen
When you start a new conversation in Alli, the following key features operate. The user inputs a question, and Alli uses RAG to search related documents and data and then provides an answer. Conversation titles in the conversation list are automatically summarized based on the first answer.

Conversation window
The center of the screen is the conversation window where the user inputs questions and Alli provides answers.
Users can enter questions here, and Alli generates and displays answers based on internal documents.
Through message input you can continuously ask related questions or entirely new questions.
Source information
On the right side of the screen, Alli provides the documents that form the basis of the answeras sources using RAG technology. Here users can check which documents Alli referenced. This increases the reliability of answers and helps users check more detailed information if needed.
It is also possible to download the source documents.
Thumbnail button
The (ββ) icon next to the project title is a button to turn the thumbnail feature on/off .
The thumbnail feature allows you to view the full content of documents Alli used.
You can preview all pages of documents provided in the source information, making it easy to navigate between pages to understand the overall context of how the answer was derived.
Additional features
On the left side of the screen you can start a new conversationand you can also display all apps.
Existing conversation historycan be viewed and managed at a glance.
Document repository Tabs let you view the list of documents managed publicly and the documents an individual has uploaded within a conversation.
5. Feedback feature
Alli provides a feedback feature so the system's performance can be continuously improved through user feedback on answers. Feedback is provided in two ways: positive feedback and negative feedback.
Positive feedback (positive icon π)
If an answer is accurate and helpful, users can press the π icon to leave positive feedback.
This feedback signals that Alli recognized the quality of that answer, and in the future similar questions may receive higher priority for that answer style.
Negative feedback (negative icon π)
If an answer is inaccurate or inappropriate, users can press the π icon to give negative feedback. Doing so opens a popup where users can specifically explain what was wrong with the provided answer.
Enter feedbackto allow users to input correct information or explain why the answer was inaccurate.
Select issue Options include ''Answer not related to the question / Information inaccurate / Expecting a better answer'.
This feedback system helps Alli continuously learn, correct inaccurate answers, and provide better responses.
