# Assign member connection node

This node provides a function that directly connects the user with the responsible member when additional information input or action is required. The responsible member can respond immediately via real-time chat or review the inquiry via email and follow up afterwards.

However, this node is a skill termination node, so the scenario cannot continue afterward.

There are four connection options in total.

1. **Chat with the responsible member** : An option to have a real-time conversation with the user from the dashboard usage records tab.
2. **Send internal message then connect to responsible member via chat** : A function that sends an internal message to a pre-designated member from the dashboard's conversation menu and then connects the customer to the designated member via chat.
3. **Send an email to the responsible member** : A function that sends an email to the specified member within the node and then connects the customer to the designated member via chat.
4. **If no chat-available responsible member is present, send by email :** If a member is logged into the dashboard, they can chat with the responsible person in real time; however, if all members take no action on the dashboard for 5 minutes, they are considered absent and an option is to send an email to the responsible member.
