Send email node

This feature allows you to send notifications to internal members via message and email at specific points within a scenario. For example, you can set it to automatically send a notification email to the customer manager when a user views a product detail.

  • Message to send: Write the email content or internal message to be sent to the designated member.

  • Email send checkbox:

    • If checked: both email and internal message will be sent.

    • If unchecked: only the internal message will be sent.

*Internal messages can be viewed in the ‘Usage History’ menu of the Alli dashboard.

  • Email subject: Enter the subject of the email that will be delivered to the recipient.

  • Specify recipient members: You can select specific members; if none are selected, it will be sent to all members.

This scenario is configured so that when a customer selects ‘Alli’ in the app, an internal message and email are sent to the designated member(s).

When a user selects ‘Alli’ in the app, they will see the following screen based on that action. The internal message you set is not visible to the user.

Members can view internal messages and the full conversation via Alli dashboard > Usage History.

If the ‘Send email’ option is checked, the designated members will also receive an email.
