Interactive app usage records
There are two types of usage records. This guide will look at conversation usage records.

Select: When enabled, you can select multiple conversations and edit them all at once.
Download: Download conversation logs according to the applied filters.
Search and Filter: Find the conversations you want using keyword search and filtering. Click the filter icon to open the filter popup.
Conversation Card: Brief conversation information is displayed, such as the app name used, member name, latest message and time, and conversation status.
Start Conversation: If a conversation is assigned to a connected member, a Start Conversation button is shown. When you click the button and the conversation starts, it changes to a message input field where you can enter a message. You can also send files or images.
Conversation Info: In this tab, you can view and change detailed information related to the conversation.
Search Suggested Replies: In this tab, members (admins) can use Alli AI to help answer a member's questions during a conversation, or retrieve and use saved messages.
Variables: In this tab you can view and edit variables related to the ongoing conversation and the target member (both conversation variables and member variables).
View Profile: Click the person-shaped icon next to the user icon to view various information such as the member's ID, email, and information stored in variables.
Conversation Information: Displays the app name where the conversation took place, the conversation channel, and if the conversation ended, the end date/time and the member (admin) who ended it.
Assignee: Displays the member assigned to the conversation.
Conversation Status: Shows the conversation status such as in progress, waiting, or ended. A member can manually change the status, or Alli will automatically update it based on the conversation status. For example, when a member enters a message while in waiting status, it changes to in progress.
Notes: Press the edit button to add notes to the conversation. You can insert links, images, and videos.
Enable Checkboxes
You can select multiple conversations and update them at once. To start, click the checkbox icon to enable checkboxes, select the conversations to update, and then specify the desired action. After the update is complete, click the checkbox icon again to disable the checkboxes.

Detach Conversation Popups
Click the icon in the conversation list to separate individual conversations into popups so you can manage multiple members' conversations more easily at once.
Filter and Sort

Click the filter icon to open the filter/sort popup. When a filter is selected, it is displayed below the conversation list search box.
Filter by conversation status.
Filter by member name. Multiple selections possible.
Filter by app.
Filter by conversation type. You can choose between preview conversations generated in the app preview or conversations with real members.
Sort by time of last conversation.
Filter by date/time. Based on conversation start time.
